I'm making the same arguments. No financial losses by anyone cited. No complaints by the lenders. Just liberals playing the games that they play. It's one of the tactics they used when chasing Michael Cohen. One of the bank fraud charges was that he overvalued his residence on a LOC application. He still had sufficient equity, and nobody lost money, but they still charged him.
