Hey retard . You’re so dumb it’s embarrassing .

Of course they haven’t testified . They would have to be called by the SHAM committee first , which will never happen because it would blow up your star witness testimony like I’ve only said several times before .

Correction: An earlier version of this story referred to the clearing of protesters at Lafayette Square. An inspector general report "did not support a finding that the [U.S. Park Police] cleared the park to allow the President to survey the damage and walk to St. John’s Church.”
Top Secret Service agents who tried to undermine former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony to the Jan. 6 committee have hired private lawyers and are refusing to cooperate with the investigation, members of the panel said over the weekend.
Hutchinson, who worked as a top aide to former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, testified last month that she was told by deputy chief of staff Tony Ornato that former President Donald Trump was so irate that his security detail would not take him to the Capitol with his supporters on Jan. 6 that he lunged at Secret Service agent Bobby Engel, the head of his detail. Hutchinson said Ornato, who made the unusual leap from working at the Secret Service to working for Trump before returning as a senior Secret Service official, described the incident with Engel present and he did not dispute it.
After her testimony, journalists citing anonymous sources reported that Engel and the driver of Trump's vehicle were "prepared to testify under oath" to dispute Hutchinson's account and that Ornato denied telling Hutchinson that Trump "grabbed the steering wheel or an agent."

Hutchinson's lawyer, Jody Hunt, a former aide to Trump Attorney General Jeff Sessions, said that she stood by her account and urged the Secret Service agents to testify under oath. Several witnesses, including a D.C. police officer assigned to Trump's motorcade, testified that Trump got into a "heated" confrontation with his security detail when he was told he could not go to the Capitol.

Don’t mind this law hack, Dafinch. Being his own lawyer in court hasn’t worked out well for him. A dead body DNA in a barrel from Lake Mead has a better chance of winning in court against his/her killer than Las Vegas Loser Dafinch has winning a court case based on “racism” against a bank, public utility, or any general public business.

The post-presidential employment lasting months after the Jan. 6 riot stands in stark contrast to the narrative Hutchinson presented to lawmakers in June. Speaking before the select committee, Hutchinson said she was “disgusted” by White House actions and left with resentment against her prior employer over his attempts to delay certification of the Electoral College.

Soooooo, what's your point? Oh, that's right, as usual, you don't have one. Whatever happened to all those big talking, anonymous, cowardly Secret Service Agents who dispute her sworn testimony with their own gutless hearsay? They haven't shown, making you, once again, an always wrong, welching, brain dead, desperately deflecting, dishonest douchebag. Meanwhile, ANOTHER law enforcement guy backs her up. Presidential Motorcade Officer Details Trump's Behavior On Jan. 6

A former officer who was part of Donald Trump’s motorcade on Jan. 6, 2021, said Monday that Trump was “upset” at not being allowed to join his supporters attacking the Capitol.
Mark Robinson, a now retired D.C. police officer who was in the front car of Trump’s convoy on Jan. 6, told CNN that Trump was desperate to visit the Capitol grounds following his speech at the “Stop the Steal” rally at the Ellipse.
“We’ve heard it several times while it was on the motorcade,” said Robinson, who is also a witness in the House Jan. 6 committee’s probe. “I think during the speech, shortly thereafter, he had finished the speech, that the president was getting into the motorcade and he was upset. And he adamantly wanted to go to the Capitol.”
He continued: “And even when we departed from the Ellipse, it was repeated again. ... It was a heated argument in the limo. And he wanted to definitely go to the Capitol.”
Robinson’s comments appear to be consistent with White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony that Trump got into a physical altercation with his Secret Service detail on Jan. 6, and tried to grab the steering wheel of the presidential limousine in the hope of driving to the Capitol.
“The president reached up toward the front of the vehicle to grab at the steering wheel,” Hutchinson told the panel. “[Secret Service agent Bobby] Engel grabbed his arm and said, ‘Sir, you need to take your hand off the steering wheel, we’re going back to the West Wing. We’re not going to the Capitol.’”
Hutchinson said the story was recounted to her by the former White House operations chief Anthony Ornato.
While unnamed Secret Service officials had previously said Ornato, Engel and the unnamed driver of the presidential limo would testify under oath that Hutchinson’s account was inaccurate, they have so far not done so. All three have also hired private lawyers.
“Some of the officers said that they would be coming and talking under oath,” Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.), a Jan. 6 committee member, told reporters, according to Salon. “They have not come in, and they recently retained private counsel, which is unusual but they have a right to do that.”
Robinson said he now feels relieved the Secret Service did not grant the president’s wish to drive to the Capitol, adding that Trump’s presence would have further motivated the insurrectionists.
“I think it would have probably encouraged more rioting. And [the rioters would have] felt supported,” Robinson told CNN. “If the presidential motorcade came in support of them ... I think the insurrectionists probably would have felt as though they had the support of the president.”

ROTFLMAO!!!!! It's HILARIOUS what a transparent-not to mention, BAD-liar you are: Did you see the part above about how the SS scum lawyered up and refused to testify? Why should the J6 run after them, their refusal to go under oath-at the same time that they're running their mouths anonymously-speaks VOLUMES in the Court of Public Opinion, which is what this is. Hey, tRump was complaining about there not being more people sympathetic to HIM on either the Committee or the witnesses (breezily overlooking over a DOZEN former aides or allies testifying, under oath, that he knew everything and is a fit-to-be-hanged scumbag) at the same moment scum like freshly convicted Bannon and soon-to-be-convicted Navarro fought like the gutless turds that they are. They're almost as stupid as YOU are, DUMBO. And, speaking of Secret Service, MORE bad news for them and the "Watchdog," who clearly needs a Watchdog for HIM, lol. Don't you ever get tired of getting BUTT fucked in your arguments, DUMBO? I guess not...

Jan. 6 committee tells Trump-nominated Secret Service watchdog to 'step aside' after reports say it knew about deleted texts long before telling panel

  • The January 6 committee told a Secret Service watchdog to "step aside" on Monday.
  • Lawmakers said Joseph Cuffari failed to notify Congress of deleted Secret Service texts.
  • Recent reports said the DHS Inspector General's office knew about texts before telling Congress.
The House committee investigating the January 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol urged a Secret Service watchdog to stand down on Monday after reports suggested that it knew about deleted text messages long before notifying lawmakers.
In a letter sent by Reps Carolyn Maloney and Bennie Thompson to the Department of Homeland Security's Inspector General Joseph Cuffari and reviewed by Insider, the lawmakers accused Cuffari of orchestrating an attempt to "cover up" the text messages and asked him to "step aside" from the investigation.
Maloney and Thompson wrote that the letter came after reports that Cuffari's office knew about the deleted text messages for months earlier than was previously revealed.
The letter said Cuffari, who was nominated to his post by former president Donald Trump, "failed to notify" Congress about the missing texts and "deliberately" chose not to pursue the evidence.
"Removing yourself from this investigation is even more urgent today," the letter said. "In addition, in light of the cascading revelations about your failure to conduct this investigation effectively and communicate truthfully with Congress, 9 our Committees need further information to determine the full scope of potential mismanagement and misconduct in your investigation and to identify further actions Congress may need to take."
The Inspector General's office did not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment.
The Secret Service submitted only one text message to the House January 6 committee investigating the insurrection after a subpoena was issued ordering communications from January 5 and 6.
Cuffari and the Secret Service clashed after it was revealed that Secret Service agents' text messages from those days were deleted. The agency said the texts were deleted as part of a pre-planned agency-wide phone reset and has denied that texts were deleted with malicious intent.

There's an important maxim of law, an unrebutted affidavit stands as truth. You can't GET much more evidence then lying scum who anonymously run their mouths, refuse to testify and lawyer up. They're welching, lying, always wrong scum, just like YOU, DUMBO.

Thankfully a legit system keeps lowlife scamming pieces of shit like yourself from gaming the system.

Unlike the Soviet style show trial that will be forgotten by the time your midterm beatdown rolls around pauper.
