I don't see the big deal.
Maybe I'm missing something.

Maybe I am in the minority, but essentially mocking the way a guy claims to have changed himself for the better and found his faith seems petty and something that I would hope is beneath someone who is running for president. That said, nothing is below Trump. He's a carnival barker. He's a showman with zero understanding of policy. I mean that 9 minute aside, the entire 100 minute monologue was a joke. Read a transcript of this speech and you'll be convinced he has zero intention of becoming POTUS.

its a stump speech in Iowa .
Not really meant for national consumption.
The guy had 90 minutes to fill.
Most of the people in the crowd are already pro trump.
Some of them went for entertainment.

That speach did not make trumps top 10 worst moments

I don't think it is that bad or anything, it's just fuckin weird watching him breakdown Carson stabbing a friend or hitting his mother with a hammer and calling BS on it all. Says the way he found religion is BS too.

He thinks it's a roast. Dude doesn't give 2 fucks.

Maybe you're right and I'm wrong, but I thought he looked like a jackass. I think there's just some shit you don't mock and the stuff with his mom and how he found his faith is one of them.

Not true.

I've read his policies and they are the most detailed and comprehensive of all the candidates.

His character and demeanor may turn you off, but he isn't stupid. He's a no-nonsense result-oriented executive who knows how to manage and execute. Sometimes you need a heavy hammer to get things done.

He can't discuss policy. It's a fact. All you have to do is watch a debate. I'll offer you the same wager I offered RR( which he never responded to). I take Rubio, you take Trump. Any other candidate wins and it's a push.

You need to read his tax plan, his immigration plan and his veterans plan.

Rubio is a lightweight who is good at memorizing cheap talking points. He's a slick politician, nothing more.

Spending your entire life in politics and accomplishing nothing except winning elections isn't a accomplishment. We already tried that with the community organizer (a total loser by any objective standard OUTSIDE of politics) and how did that turn out?

What does that have to do with my offer? I'm offering you a wager (which you ignored). All that means is I think Rubio is more likely to win than Trump. It doesn't mean I think he's a genius or an idiot. Do you accept?

I thought Trump agrees with Zuckerberg on H1B's now?

Increase prevailing wage for H-1Bs. We graduate two times more Americans with STEM degrees each year than find STEM jobs, yet as much as two-thirds of entry-level hiring for IT jobs is accomplished through the H-1B program. More than half of H-1B visas are issued for the program's lowest allowable wage level, and more than eighty percent for its bottom two. Raising the prevailing wage paid to H-1Bs will force companies to give these coveted entry-level jobs to the existing domestic pool of unemployed native and immigrant workers in the U.S., instead of flying in cheaper workers from overseas. This will improve the number of black, Hispanic and female workers in Silicon Valley who have been passed over in favor of the H-1B program. Mark Zuckerberg’s personal Senator, Marco Rubio, has a bill to triple H-1Bs that would decimate women and minorities.

He needs to edit his website more than once a month.

What does your childish offer have to do with me refuting your point that Trump doesn't understand policy?

Joe: You're wrong about Trump not understanding policy.

mantis: Wanna bet? My dick is bigger than your dick!

Lol, okay, Joe. I'm just curious why none of you Trump supporters will put your money where your mouth is. Appreciate you considering my offer. I'll take that as a no.

Your offer is like you claiming Bill Belichick is a lousy coach, then challenging me the Pats will lose this weekend to "prove your point"

I never once made a case for (or against) Trump's electibility, I only refuted your claim he doesn't know policy. Take a pill.

Wager on Trump's (or anyone else's) electibility? In Obama's America? Hell no!

Reuter's 5 Day rolling poll (Nov. 11)
Trump 34%
Carson 19.6%
Rubio 9.7%
Cruz 7.7%
Bush 6.4%
Wouldn't vote 5.8%
Huckabee 4.1%

Rubio isn't gaining the ground the Beltway pundits hoped he would, maybe the best
hope they have to fend with Trump is Romney afterall!

Yep, Romney will be dragged into this before it's all over.

Rubio is slick but sooner or later he's going to be vetted which should make his donors very nervous.

Mr Trump has to dramatically tone down stupid. Stick to policy, platform

Dr Carson;

But he did say he hoped Trump’s advisers would help him understand the word “pathological.”
“That does not connote ‘incurable,’” Carson said. “It simply describes something that is highly abnormal and something that fortunately I’ve been able to be delivered from for half a century now.”

Ya, he might go off on a tangent once in a while which isn't tactfull but he's hits the bullseye
on the most important issues of the day. If you must use the word stupid in evaluating the group,
consider the trumpeting of a 'no fly zone plan" in Syria by Fiorina, Bush & Rubio nothing can be
stupider that that!

Trump and Hillary will say anything, just as long as they get their chance to sit on the throne. Thats all that really matters to them.
