What specific policies has this administration enacted that has caused a ramp up in inflation? Being too harsh on Russia? Most of inflation caused by factors way outside of our control
allow millions of illegals and their fentanyl over the borders,
If people pay their taxes and contribute to the economy, then I don't care who lives here. Ideally this should be done legally. No one wants more drugs and crime though
Reality is
both parties love illegal immigration for very different reasons, and it's not going anywhere
I actually generally believe in the opposite. I believe we need to invest more in making our police force better and more competent. We have too many shitty cops out there. We need better training, and also need to incentivize good people to want to become cops.
What we don't need though is wasting resources on arming them unnecessarily, especially if there are shitty ones
- increase energy costs by restricting oil and coal and nuclear, too early for others methods to support our needs
I agree in general that we have to wait a little bit to make sure alternative energy methods are better suited to scale and support our country. However, that transition has to happen at some point. Nonrenewable energy sources are "nonrenewable" for a reason, and we to be have to be ready in the next few decades to rely on other energy sources. But I think we can be less restrictive in the present.
- promote a ridiculous global warming policy---even if there is such a threat, without China and India our cut backs will not help at all
Kind of goes with the last point. We are the third biggest country, but the largest economy in the world. We have to cut back on carbon emissions. Of course China and India have to do their parts too. Don't think we can go by the logic of "It's pointless because the other big countries aren't". We can only control what we do.
We need to maintain being the strongest military in the world, but we have to cut shit where we can. Kind of like the police thing, no need to have 3% of GDP be on defense
- defund/vilify the local police
Guess I already mentioned the police (you already mentioned "defund", but no I don't support vilifying local police. I want the police to get better and more competent
- stuff our children at schools with CRT lies
I think it is important for kids to learn about history and the systematic problems in our history regarding race. I think it just depends on how it is taught, which honestly I can't speak much to.
- and of course promote the sickening policies that young children should be allowed to make their own decisions to permanently mutilate their genitals---and in some states, without the knowledge of their parents.
I don't think anyone should be allowed to make any decisions about surgery like that until they're 18
