Well we had 11 games today. Of those 11, 10 games had lines of less than -7 for the favorite. Lets see how the dogs did on the moneyline. Remember that i contended earlier that by taking the dogs on the moneyline is the way to go with lines of -7 or less. I havent been betting the NBA for the past 20 years for nothing!

Game 1 Bulls +4.5 and +165

Well of course the Bulls won outright 102-98

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Game 2 Detroit +2 and +110

This one was a tough pick since Detroit opened as the -1.5 favorite in this game. Well Detroit lost in OT 110-106. Thus both bets were losers here.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Game 3 Philadelphia +2 and +110

I wouldnt take a team at +2 very often when you can get the moneyline. Philadelphia wins easily 100-79

--------------------------------------------------------------

Game 4 Washington +4.5 and +165

Both bets lose as Washington loses 122-128

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Game 5 Oklahoma City +5 and +175

Could it get an easier than this one?? Ok City wins 114-93

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Game 6 Miami +6 and +210

Miami wins 102-99 Another straight up winner

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Game 7 Dallas +4.5 and +165

Both bets lose 97-104

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Game 8 Lakers +2.5 and +115

This is the ONLY game that lost by my method and boy was it close! Lakers lose by only 1

-------------------------------------------

Game 9 Clippers +4.5 and +165

Both bets lose here by 80-97 final

--------------------------------------------------

Game 10 Sacramento +5.5 and +180

This one went to OT, but Sacramento was winning big most of the game. Actually this game went to 3OT. Golden State had 3 players foul out by the end of the second OT. Sacramento wins outright 135-133, another nice moneyline winner

So for the updated numbers, we had 4 games where the underdog lost and didnt cover the spread anyway. I guess that one would have saved the juice by taking the underdog though.

There was only 1 game, the Lakers game where my form of betting was a loser.

The other 5 games ALL WON outright on the moneyline

I have done this for a long time. Sure not everyday, but if you would bet the moneyline if you are taking the low spread dogs, then you will have more success
