Thanks for the advice Assasins! Are they at Oly? I had zero luck with the supervisor I spoke to and we talked for several minutes.

Promotional/Bonus Rules

• Promotional credits/bonuses can be used for sportsbook wagering purposes only. Promotional bonuses have no cash value until four times the original amount deposited has been placed on wagers. ie. $500 deposited = 10% signup bonus = $50 bonus. The $50 cannot be withdrawn until $2000 has been placed in wagers. If a withdrawal or transfer request is made that takes the balance below the original amount deposited plus the bonus ($550), before the rollover requirement is met, the bonus ($50) will be forfeited and withdrawn from the account before the withdrawal request is honored.
• During promotional periods, accounts are only eligible for bonuses if no withdrawal has been made within the previous 30 days.
• If a withdrawal has been made in the previous 30 days, subsequent deposit amounts must cover withdrawals before qualification for bonuses would apply. Overall loss amounts (subsequent to withdrawals) can also be used to cover withdrawals.
• Unless otherwise specified, maximum bonus amount is $1000 USD per promotional period per person.
• Bonus amounts must be claimed by either phone or email during the promotional period.
• Management reserves the right to make final decision regarding bonuses. Valid identification may be required to claim bonuses in order to prevent abuse.

General Account Terms

• Only one (1) account allowed per person.
• All Customer claims must be brought to management's attention no later than (2) two weeks from the day the wager in question was placed. No claims will be honored after this period.
• Minimum wager on sporting events is ($5.00) dollars. For horse races the minimum wager is ($1.00) dollar.
• Generally, postponed and/or rescheduled sporting events will constitute a No Action Wager, and money will be credited back to the account. Certain sports have exceptions such as Tennis or Golf matchups where a wager will continue until the match is final. See our sports guide for more info.
• A timestamp will be placed on all horses wagers. All horse wagers must be placed prior to two (2) minutes before the race starts.
• Olympic Sports reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager. This may include, but not limited to past posted plays, obvious line errors, or exceeded bet limit amounts.

Hawaiizio is SIMPLY asking THE SAME that ALL OLYMPIC customers get, NOTHING MORE AND NOTHING LESS. If he will not get the Bonus it would be like a steal.

OLYMIPIC customer service is exceptional as so many people posted it was!!! It is important though to speak to a manager, NOT just a supervisor. I had thought that the supervisor was my last step before posting here thus my posting was premature. Olympic has offered me the bonus even though they certainly did not have to , therefore Olympic truly deserves their well established reputation!!

this is another reason on why we should try and sort it out as best as possible(quitely) before lashing out on a board. probably no more than miscommunication.:neenee:
