What do I want it to be? 10 is great for me.

Although it is true that they rarely "make them" much higher than 10.5, it's not because they have any rule against going above that. They would have the line at 18 if enough money kept coming in on the over. But enough people seem to think that the under is the better play so it helps all of us out by keeping the line at 10.
