dude, vanguard is the way to go. call them. they have the lowest fees. broker hate them. i have a rollover IRA with an old advisor, he is a friend. I asked him to buy a vanguard fund for me, he did. a few months later he was saying how well that fund was doing, too bad the advisor firm he goes thru refuses to pay him commission.. i felt bad for a second.
