Where I am is supposed to be 100%. Started about 20 minutes ago here but won’t hit total eclipse until just after 3.

I gave my dog an anxiety pill in case it affects him. He is doing fine so far.

Will be soon heading across town to do this eclipse thing with my niece, nephew and their little kids. I have the special eclipse glasses. One of my customers gave me a pair this morning. They were hard to find around here unless you prepped a month ago.

THe sky is clear as clear can be here. Expecting to see something northward of 90%.

I stand corrected that was just the partial eclipse. I just got through the totality right now. You're going to like this. Nuff said

Was pretty cool to see. Just went from light to dark in seconds. As soon as it got dark we could hear everyone in the neighborhood hooting and hollering. I was amazed at how calm it got during the eclipse. We had 10 mph winds all day until the eclipse started and then it was as calm as I’ve ever seen it.

Totality never showed up in Pearl River N.Y.
Only about 90%

Yes I very much noticed the calmness. It stood out to me too. Good observation.
