Booker, Buckley likely out

Purdue will be without forward Chris Booker (academic concerns) for an eighth consecutive game. Keady also expects guard Melvin Buckley (sprained ankle) to miss his fourth consecutive game.

"We don't force any kid to play," Keady said. "An ankle is always a toughness issue."

Indiana has won it's last four games on the road, and we know they can play good at home....With such great write-ups as yours it is tough to find something else worthwhile to mention...LOL...Great job Capt....

"Indiana has won it's last four games on the road"

I count 3 Ohio State Minnesota and Michigan...

Ohio State, Minnesota, and Michigan... (combined big ten record of 3-12)

Lost to Wisconsin by 33...

"and we know they can play good at home"

Northwestern (7-9 overall)...

Loss to Temple (by 9) [6-9 overall]...

Morehead State, Butler, Loss to Kentucky by 39...

Are they that good at home?

Love the IU play CC. In this neck of the woods, I always love a home dog. Purdue should have lost to a less than spectacular Michigan State team who is a pretender this year. IU by 6 at home with momentum. Purdue in a letdown spot. Let the 3's rain down.

You guys are great and entertaining. Thanks for all the information from both sides. It helps us rookies make more informed decisions. Last night you got me a four team parlay with the great information on the RX. Thanks

Co-Captain....WoW...That's a Balls to the Walls call on IU being you GOM. I've watched IU play just about every game and they really are not a very good team.

The Zone D will just give them fits. IU must make their jump shots and not turn the ball over. Something they have had problems with this year. Assembly Hall will be rockin tonight and it's very hard for teams to go in there and win. In my opinion, IU has been very luck this year. Their recent ATS record is shocking to me.

Being an IU grad I'm disapointed with how this team plays, they are very young and expected to make mistakes. Mike Davis adds to the problem because he will do stupid stuff like take time-outs with 15-17 seconds on the shot clock late in the game.

This young IU team also makes a lot of mental mistakes. The term "clock control" is not in their vocabulary. If nobody for IU steps up to help Bracy Wright in the scoring department it will be a long night.

I expect IU to be leading at half-time but they have a serious problem with 2nd half meltdowns. Very balsy call for a GOM. As always, I look foward to your write-ups and enjoy them. May the better team win tonight and lets hope Ted Valentine is not a Ref. Best of luck.

Okay Capt, Indy is looking good. I'll play Florida and Tenn Tech small and hope you stay hot.

Mahalos if they come in....

I'd say Tenn Tech looks like they need a miracle, although one never knows.

I think Florida should be okay, they put Alabama into the bonus/double bonus pretty early while they only shot 1/2 the free throws. If the fouls even out in the second half, they should run away with this one.

great call on IU cap. you were right I was wrong. I'll never play a road team in the big ten again. Thanks for this lesson you taught me

If florida doesnt fall asleep they should win so at least my initial instincts helped me break even on the day.

Although that 2 team parlay with Florida and Purdue would have been sweet.

GL tomorrow.

Looks like the good D prevailed this time but TT kept it close. Was hoping you would make it back over to the other thread so I could get more insight on your theory. It may hold some substance, just didn't apply to tonight's game. GL on the rest of you picks and congrats on the great day you had!

go2guy, first, it is not really a Theory. It is just something that gives me a strong reason to believe that a very likely scenerio will play out. Btw, it did play out in the second half, as Tenn Tech outscored AP and got me a big win to make up for the game loss due to their cold start in the first half. Also , if AP was that good, why such a low number. Anyways, I spanked today and this one is over so , enough said. Aloha CC.
