Same reason why you only pick a one or a few. But the difference between us is that, I provide my reasons why I pick a team to be a play. My writeups should clearly explain why I am playing all of them. Did you read them or not. If you did , I am sure that you will agree on my reasonings for making it a selection. For posters like yourself, who only post the name of the team. It to me leaves me to much quesion marks as to your play. At least you know that when you see my plays, they are a product of my hard work, and you see my thinking and my value I put on each. Whereas without some sort of writeup or info on your play, for me it just leaves me to many unanswered questions regarding you and your play selection. Who knows where , or how , or why, and for what reason you are playing on this team. You want me to take a risk with my money just on your word or typing of a team. No way, not me. GoUH, I know what you mean. But I just could not have ignored all the numbers showing that this team is for real. Plus, I cannot jump off of them now. When others teams prove to me that they hanve figured out how to beat this team, then I will reevalute the situation. But I think AF is still unknown by many. Tonight they get showcased and I am sure they will want to showcase their team as well, since they are on the verge of breaking the Top 25 ranking if they win tonight. Check out how strong the numbers reflect and point strongly to AF. Still, this one will be won at the end. GL and Aloha CC
Well Vegas, I guess you will have to let your record speak for themselves. Most solid cappers here who dont post writeups or any info, just their selection, post it with their records on the year. This way, no one will question them especially if they are kicking ass. Because their records show their value, knowledge, etc, in what they are doing.
Word of Advice, make sure you keep and post accurate records , as some in here will definately be tracking your record and plays, waiting to jump over you when you state something inaccurate. So I would get that "9-1 or something like that", situation checked so you can state accuracies for others here. GL.
GoUH, nah most people including myself was not really aware of how good they were, until they beat the Big Two in the MWC, BYU and then Utah. Now many are hearing about how they play, as their coach was an assistant from Princeton and he brought their Offense to AF. This AF team was picked to finish last in the Conf this year. This is the first time alot of others will be getting a look at them for the first time. Like I mentioned, I understand your hesitations in this one. I am a home team player, and I like backing the home team in big games where they are installed as Dogs. But in this one, with the Numbers, and then the chance for recognition and a spot on the rankings for AF, I see them playing very inspired ball. Swaying me as well to them, is also the fact that this is a service academy. And we all know how they are trained to be disciplined, focused, and grounded as that is how the Military Academies trains them to be. If they were just college students from another typical college, then I would not feel the same way in this one. JMO. GL CC.

You have a team that should control the pace and defense of the game as well as run disciplined offense, i.e. the Princeton offense with better athletes. Doesn't guarantee a win, but when capping, if one can find the side that should control the play of the game on a consistent basis, over the long haul, one's win percentage will continue to increase. I'm with you on this one as I like the fundamentals. Good luck on your play.

CC, I had Miami-OH and watched the game. It was painful. They blew a decent lead in the 2nd half, and they had a VERY good chance to win in OT. They were up one with ~30 seconds in OT, shooting FTs. Missed the FT, Ohio scored to take a 65-64 lead.
Miami-OH had enough time to get a good shot, but their guy just drove down the lane and tried to forced a shot against 3-4 Ohio players. Didn't have a chance.
