Well basically its a program to share files. Lets say if I wanted to send you a large file that you cant send via email you send it through a sendshare, zshare, or an mega share. I can just send you a link and then it will automatically download to your computer via a .zip or a .rar file. I know youre familiar with torrents so you should be fine.
