I work in Arlington, MA (right near Dane Cook's High School). Driving by City Hall yesterday, that had a big banner stretching across Mass Ave. congratulating the Arlington Little League All-Stars for winning the New England region and wishing them good luck in the World Series.

The team from up the street here (Stratford Ct.) is kicking serious butt in the New England championships.

Routed the team from Maine yesterday 12-1 (mercy rule invoked)

They had flight and hotel reservations made. Blasko hadnt gave up 3 the whole season, It was a done deal, until the Pineapple express scored 3 in the 1st:shocked:.

Kaiser batted lead off all tourney, Vegas mgr over coached and put Blasko at lead off because of Hawaii LEfty. Season ended with Keiser in the on deck circle. This Henderson team is a travel ball all star team that was in Cooperstown in May. They are NOT as White as snow.

CT squad is pretty solid.

The New England and Mid-Atlantic Regionals are held in the same city ESPN is located, a short 30 minute drive for me.

Having been heavily involved in youth baseball over the years, I enjoy going to watch a few games every August.

Yes best CT team since Chris Drury. Ct only about 4 players deep but good pitching. I think Washington best bats. PArity this year, I think anybody but SoDak could win national title.

I like Hawaii, they find ways to win, live dog, MExico has the better pitcher, atleast throws harder {Saulseda**. Pinny has Hawaii +77, Hawaii will pitch with committee today and they have better defense. The line is justified but this Hawaii team reminds me of Fresno State, good defense, clever pitching, well coached, timely hitting.

Hawaii has beat 2 hard throwing pitchers already, actually 3 counting No Cal. But Blakso of Nev threw 77+, and yesterday Trey was solid.
