Gentlemen,
First, I would like to address all these "complaints" you have heard. We have been advertising with Ken and The Rx for a long time (6 years). MANY of our clients have heard about us from one posting forum or another, so it would make sense that, with more clientele based from the posting forums, more "complaints" would appear on the boards. Just something to think about.
In the large scheme of things, these complaints are just a minute blip as compared to the amount of transactions we process daily, weekly, yearly, etc... HOWEVER, EVER SINGLE ONE OF THE COMPLAINTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED! Never have we not answered your questions. Never have we not tried to get you all the full story, so as to allow you to make an unbiased decision. I have ALWAYS been here for EVERY SINGLE POSTER, AND NON-POSTER, alike.
Some of you bring up the fact you have seen so many posts against us. Does that include the folks who tried to scam us such as Hamneggs and Slash? Ham was a straight scammer, Slash bent the rules in his favor and managed to get around a security measure...AND WAS PAID IN FULL!!! Joey C owns/has a piece of another sportsbook, bashes us constantly, YET WE GIVE HIM OUR GRAPHS AND CHARTS FOR HIS SITE!!! Chuck Sims has had a hard-on for us for years, due to, supposedly, a bad experience. I have tried to work with him, he refuses. Sometimes, there really is no pleasing everyone.
The General plays with us, as do others here who often post in our defense. He knows we pay. He does not rely on some person telling him that someone told them that we didn't pay. He does not hear one side of the story and make a decision. FACT: We were one of the off-shore pioneers. FACT: We have never had one single no-pay. FACT: We offer solid bonuses, solid service, and solid lines. A lot of people out there would LOVE to see us fail. They would love to say I told you so. Every year it is the same thing...we get bashed during the slow season...and it is from the same old people...posters with hidden agendas, Then, amazingly, we are still around and, even better, we are GROWING.
I apologize for getting worked up, but some of you guys really and truly amaze and aggravate me. I have just got in the office, and this is what I am greeted with, without even getting my first cup of coffee in me.
THE BEST PART is the fact that we were approached yesterday to do a contest. Today, this is what welcomes me. Sometimes you really gotta love the Rx.
