Gents,
Thanks for the mention, I am glad that so many people have been happy with our service. I would like to point out that the only problems that Sportbet encountered were from last year (2001-2002), and really it lasted only a few months. Before that time, if you had asked any forum, Sportbet was in the top 3 every time. We have gone through software changes, we have had our own growing pains within the company, and we have been bashed, bashed and bashed again (mostly by the same people), yet we continue to thrive in this industry. We have been around since the beginning and we are not going anywhere. That is not a coincidence, gentlemen. It is because we are a solid company.
Buzzsaw,
I tried to contact SBR on more than one occasion. I know you have some affiliation there or another. They came to their conclusions based on, and I quote: "The recent opinion was formed after the credit packages in LV ran into some serious complications. Even after that was smoothed over we were still getting mostly negative feedback. Not major stuff, more of the petty variety. So the opinion was maintained." Petty complaints warrant being on a blacklist??
SBR has only heard one side to this story. I tried to tell them the other side, they said they would contact me, but never did. So, as far as I am concerned, SBR has not done its due diligence in this matter. They have not researched this whole thing and they do not know all the facts. Their job is to provide accurate information to their clientele base and, in my opinion with regards to us, they have failed. I WELCOME the chance to give our side. Maybe this post will encourage them to contact me. I felt the need to explain our position. Please do not feel I am attacking you, Buzz. I respect you, and always have. We been around here for some time you and I, and I feel we deserve to have the facts be known. Not just some of them.
Best of luck to all!!
Jake
