one of those " famous" writers got heat just for saying Brady wasn't the best regular season qb, he said Peyton was abd then said he wasn't the best SB qb, Montanna was. I don't remember Brady ever playing bad in a Super Bowl.

When it comes down to championships—the truest measure of great teams and/or players—it's hard to argue against Tom Brady being the GOAT. Brady was the ultimate competitor, and it has been said that he has left more than 60 million dollars on the table so that the Patriots could keep or go out and get other players. Rodgers took the maximum every chance he got. Good for him, but that one Super Bowl win might be his only one.

Please... He is worth north of 100 million. Once you have that much $$, it doesn't really matter. It just becomes random numbers. And Peyton was better

I'm not ready to say Peyton is better then Brady, but they both have something in common

Both have succeeded with different teams

We don't usually see that happen

LOL @ Peyton was better than Tom Brady.

Now that both are retired, it's pretty clear that Tom Brady is the greatest quarterback in NFL history. He has an edge over Peyton Manning in just about every statistical category and has enjoyed much more team success throughout the course of his career.
Manning and Brady faced off against each other 17 total times in their careers. Tom Brady was 11-6 overall record straight up against Manning.
Tom Brady won 7 Super Bowls in 10 tries. Manning won 2 Super Bowls in 4 tries. Brady won 5 Super Bowl MVP awards which is a higher total than Manning's four appearances LOL! Manning also only won one Super Bowl MVP award.

When will you be ready to say it? They’re both done playing

I think Brady's legacy is better than Manning's legacy, because Manning was always projected to be a top-level quarterback, having been selected as the number one overall pick in the 1998 NFL Draft.
Brady's path was much different, being selected 199th overall in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft. Brady was always facing an uphill battle, originally viewed as a back-up quarterback at best.

Atleast nobody ever thought Peyton's coach was more valuable than him, that's a point in his favor

Tom Brady reached a place few athletes ever visit - he became very successful in his sport and was the ultimate winner. Michael Jordan reached this level, and so did Tiger Woods. It is the ultimate.
