If you want an honest opinion, from someone that doesnt know everything and wakes up every day looking to learn something new, respect is earned by not telling everyone you are right and they are wrong. I am no expert on anything, but in my job I get people to believe in a vision and I work hard every day to deliver the vision with higher expectations than what was presented originally. I started from nothing and own a pretty good size development company. I deal with many people every day to figure out problems, address them, and go on to the next one. The people that think they are right all the time and go around touting it dont last long in my business. Reading people is something I was blessed with and probably a huge key to my personal success. Someone that thinks they are right 100% of the time in all honesty is wrong most of the time, unless they have had an experience with whatever issue comes up......and I will wager that not one person on this Earth has all the answers.....that my friend is a fact. Sometimes a slice of humble pie is the best slice. Open your eyes and see that.....I promise you will be better off.
