I would suggest self isolation until you know more about yourself. If you can't self isolate because of your daughter, then your parents shouldn't interact with any of you

If you don't want to do either, maybe a drive through test is a good idea.

That's how I'm living my life, not much concern for myself or uncompromised individuals, but because I'm still meeting with people I won't interact with older or sick people. And I'm telling people who interact with me to do likewise

PS. I'm assuming your parents are like 80+. But since you have a 3 year old daughter, they may only be in their 50s. If that's the case, no worries for me

We have two great doctors here...

Dr enflameo and Dr red eyes...

According to them this is “just a cold”...

They would advise you carry on with your normal life...

I don't think it's impacting children, period. From fetuses through 10. My daughter is pregnant with twins and she works in hospital as a PA in ortho surgery. Thus far, her doctors, one at Yale and one at her own hospital are not concerned. I asked a Nurse Practitioner who works in OBGYN, she said this far there's no evidence of unborn children being negatively impacted

However, everything we know about this virus is in it's infancy.

if your parents are healthy in their 60s, I don't think they're have significant risk of death. I'm assuming that's what we're talking about. Because everyone can catch it, although kids seem to have avoided it, and the overwhelmingly vast majority recover safely at home.

For me the curiosity was is it flu or Corona flu? I'm not getting tested just not going to spread it . Hopefully I can keep working because there gonna be alot of pissed off people come tommorow making phone calls if they see people working and there home doing nothing

Would suggest anyone thinking they have symptoms to get on CDC website and follow their guidelines

Call you Doctor

If you have a fever you shouldn’t be out working whether spreading regular flu or coronavirus

I put up a post other day on my situation And I only did it after reading about Sean Payton testing + and falling in 20percent with zero cough And no respiratory problems . I am no doctor but never been one to stay home for being sick. Doesn't mean I'm going to stores just working

Should i take precautions?

Yes. Isolate yourself in the basement, and wear a mask at all times.

Do i avoid my 3 yearold daughter for just a cough?

Do i stop going to work?

Do i wait for more symptoms?

Do i avoid parents? What if they watch her during the day?

How do your dress yourself in the morning? Does someone help you?

You think this is still a gambming forum? Lol

Seems to be filled with the brightest minds in the medical, economical, and political fields

Yes, we have an ARMY of immunologists here; they just never studied it.

I would never go dr for just a cough

I think one of the big problems is minimal symptoms like cough only is crowding healthcare for the truly sick.

OK, enough virtue signaling...

I get that. I just need to know how to proceed with children, parents, and work.

Call your mom?

I don't qualify for a test here. Thete needs to be multiple symptoms or high risk factors like recent travels or possible exposure

Then why are you bothering us? byebye)(&^

Covid: Three deaths in Scotland linked to vaccine

"The vast, vast majority of side effects from the Covid vaccines are very mild. You do have severe cases, but only very rarely," she said.

"We have been aware of the rare blood clots that we think are linked to the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine... but it's not always possible to say the vaccine caused it. There may be other contributory factors."

'Best' protection against Covid

The Scottish government said it was "important to be cautious" when drawing conclusions from associations between vaccinations and deaths.

"All medicines, including vaccinations, can have side effects but serious adverse events and deaths are very rare with Covid vaccines," a spokesperson said.
