It was owned by Island Express Holding Corporation. I did read something interesting though. I had read where certain helicopters were exempt from needing black boxes to fly, and the Sikorsky S76A was one, but he was on a 76B, which supposedly isn't exempt and should had one. There wasn't one recovered by NTSB. Either the info is wrong or something is up.
