Sorry to hear about what happened, guys. It sounds like at least no one got hurt or was in the kitchen at the time, so you have that to be thankful for.

In times like these it shows the caring and compassion of all the people you were able to service these last few years while trying to make a positive name for yourselves down here. Kudos to the old TOT and I'm sure I speak for everyone when we say we all look forward to the new one.
