The FIU program is on the way up with coach Butch Davis. They won 8 games 2 years ago and 9 games last year under Davis and they return a full 16 starters this season including their QB. The Golden Panthers were 6-0 ATS on the road last season so they are not intimidated by the road. Tulane - on the other hand - was just 2-3 ATS at home last season and they have a huge look ahead game playing at SEC powerhouse Auburn next week. Look for FIU to get the job done here.
