College games are brutal. Unless Calipari is on the sidelines, the teams suck. Then all his players are 1 and done, and he gets the next batch of stars. UNC, Gay ass Duke, Kentucky, Mizzou, Ohio St (most of the time) all fun teams to watch. Anyone else, is a crap shoot. Although SMU vs UAB was exciting. HAHAHA scum
free throws when the game is on the line is a real test of mental toughness. basketball for the most part is fast acting and you dont have time for your head to get in the way of instinctive plays and actions (much like football/ icing kickers)... except when your on the line and you have MANY seconds to hear yourself think. the truly remarkable athletes can tame their thoughts and say the right things to themselves. Baseball is the unique team sport that has the most plays and time to think and have the head get in the way (batting, pitching, fielding). Mental skills are just as important (if not more) than the physical ones. Tough beat, washst having the lead for most of the game, dont let the fluky endings effect your consistantly good picks (but im sure u already know that). Keep it up
So far this yr there has been no more "fun to watch" tm than "gay ass Duke" whether you like them or not. Or like that racist CS Wilbon, mock them because they're "smart", i.e. mostly white. Yeah, for the most part you DO have to have $$ & brains to go to Duke, NW, & Stanford. So what if you have it use it, this is America. K is a great coach. I'd rather have my son w/him than Bobby K, ANY day. BTW Action, you're one hell of a capper!!!!
