It was a turnover and tos are automatically reviewed so throwing the flag results in a loss of a timeout.

That type of error seems way too small to cancel. It is close enough that can't really say it wasn't the right line after the fact.

I somehow got Arizona +169 when the game was 12-6 with 6:07 on the clock, I couldn't believe it, thought for sure they would void the bet.
