The "myth" i mentioned was your stance on "warm" weather teams or "dome" teams playing in a "cold" climate. As you have seen the last couple weeks that "myth" doesn't apply as you think it does.

Don't think Raiders move off Carr. Could be wrong but they lost a lot of 1 score games and they gave up a lot for Adams so going to a rookie/paradigm shift seems like it would wait another year. Also Waller/Renforw being hurt most of the year is another excuse they can give themselves. Also McDaniel year 2, learning offense.
With how bad QB play was this year from the middle-low end, guys like Carr/Jimmy/Tannehill have a lot of leverage compared to what their abilities are.
