Problem is Arkansas never recovered the ball. Ref blew the whistle thinking he did but the ball was still loose and VT picked it up.

that was the wrong call with the inadvertent whistle rule, ball is still in play if loose after whistle if VT recovered right away which they did.
Ref and replay guy totally blew that call.

They will all be suspended after this game for next season, at least a game...
