She said she didn't believe in gay marriage and wouldn't sign the certificates. She actually stated she hates gays? Wow, I must have missed that one. It's simple, you're a hypocrite when it comes to being tolerant of other people's beliefs if they don't align with yours.

I said her actions show her feelings. I'm not acting like I'm anything.....I'm tolerant and understand people are different and we live in a world very different from when the bible was written.

Embracing hating others because of how they were born is just not something I'm into. If you are.....So be it. All that was missing today at that Kentucky rally was white sheets and burning crosses. Supporting law breakers should not be celebrated.

Hard to predict 50 years from now but many will be ashamed at the thoughts and beliefs of their ancestors.
Knowing what we know.....being against gay marriage is being a bigot in my mind. And president Obama was a bigot when he was against it also. But as smart people do.....as we progress and more info is known.....he changed his thoughts on that. Which many people have.

Yeah, I can certainly see how people will look back on not allowing gay people the right to have their marriage recognized by the government as on par as the allowing a group of people to be bought and sold as property. If we ever get to the point where we look back and see those two in even close to the same light, it's time to weep for our country.
