I like Baylor this week, but I think the final score ends up pretty close to the line. So it could be a ball sweater. Everybody and their ugly sister expects Baylor to score 60+ here, but Briles has a habit of doing just the opposite of what you think he will do. He's still got 3 games to play. He could very well start pulling his starters in this game once it gets out of hand. I know what most people are thinking, Baylor has to win big to earn some brownie points with the playoff committee. Trouble is I don't believe they think this way. Just look at last week's games. Bama won at home by just 5 points and moved up to number #1. And Ohio State played a quality opponent and won by just 7 points as 14 point favorites, and moved from 7 to 4. And Miss St. is still in the running because they were still in the game in the end at Bama. So I think with this committee it's going to be all about quality wins and losses. After the Texas/OSU game last week (I guarantee you the committee watched it) they aren't going to put much weight into a Baylor blowout. The only Baylor win that will mean anything to them is a convincing win over Kansas State in their finale.i'm afraid baylor will want to score 70 ;-)
