i'm afraid baylor will want to score 70 ;-)
I like Baylor this week, but I think the final score ends up pretty close to the line. So it could be a ball sweater. Everybody and their ugly sister expects Baylor to score 60+ here, but Briles has a habit of doing just the opposite of what you think he will do. He's still got 3 games to play. He could very well start pulling his starters in this game once it gets out of hand. I know what most people are thinking, Baylor has to win big to earn some brownie points with the playoff committee. Trouble is I don't believe they think this way. Just look at last week's games. Bama won at home by just 5 points and moved up to number #1. And Ohio State played a quality opponent and won by just 7 points as 14 point favorites, and moved from 7 to 4. And Miss St. is still in the running because they were still in the game in the end at Bama. So I think with this committee it's going to be all about quality wins and losses. After the Texas/OSU game last week (I guarantee you the committee watched it) they aren't going to put much weight into a Baylor blowout. The only Baylor win that will mean anything to them is a convincing win over Kansas State in their finale.

As many stated above Ok State is HORRIBLE!!! This line has been hit daily since it opened and NOT hit by John Q Public. Ok State is having major offensive issues and likely will be down to their third QB this week and the second string QB wasn't worth a crap. BAYLOR defense should dominate this Ok State offense especially since teams have generally struggled running the ball vs BAYLOR and the only success teams have had was through the air vs BAYLOR. This is a major MISMATCH and I feel Baylor could name the score and very well will. I don't see Baylor letting their foot off the peddle in hopes of some brownie points :). I wouldn't bet Ok State and any price as this game could be ugly

OK St may have other issue besides Baylor to worry about.

STILLWATER -—Members of the Oklahoma State football team were accused, but not individually identified, as aggressors of a house party brawl early Sunday, according to the O’Colly.
Stillwater Police responded to the incident, at a home on N. Duck St., about 3 a.m. where witnesses said Cowboy football players held down OSU student Dante Roccoand continuously punched him and they assaulted at least two others.
The O’Colly reports a source confirmed that most of the Cowboys’ starters on defense were in attendance at the party. It was unclear how the brawl started.
Rocco was arrested on complaints or resisting an officer and disturbing the peace by threat, the report states.

One thing that jumps out to me is that the committee still has TCU ranked ahead of Baylor due to schedule even with the head to head victory. I think Baylor will need to beat the piss out of Ok St (common opponent) by the same margin as TCU or greater. 1st half line would be my play for sure in this game.

The important thing for Baylor is they don't play a game like TCU did against Kansas last week. Baylor won't earn many points for beating OSU by 50 points. They'll earn many more by beating Kansas State.. The words the playoff committee is using for these teams in winning their games is they must have "game control." For instance OSU and Bama earned brownie points with them because even though both games ended up close, both of these teams had full control of their opponents throughout the game. I think it would look good for Baylor to have a good defensive performance, which I think they will. Without Garman I think OSU will be hard pressed to score 10+ points.
