Didn't off shore books do the same thing to our local guys? My bookie used to be my next door neighbor, I used to run for him.He had to buy a liquor store and do a real job since the off shore books shut him down. Isn't that like the evil walmart closing down main street, as the democrat rant goes? So I guess the Off shore books are the new walwart.
