Honestly, unless the law doesn't allow it in that particular town....EVERY "college" town allows this. How else would a "bar" in a "college town" make money? And yes....GASP! I did but only bars I remembered were 21 year old bars. It must differ by state because I remember when I was in Coco Beach at 19, we went to a strip club which I guess is a bar.

my point is really, most college kids are going to and getting into bars and drinking before they are 21...hell, I think I was 15 the first time I got into some shithole bar by using the exact same ID as the guy in front of me
