Kamala Harris visits a remote Indian Reservation in a battleground state that's far too close to call. She meets with the people, and asks them what they need. They say we have three huge problems. She asks them what they are
1) We have a beautiful walk-in-clinic, but we have no doctors. She pulls out her cell phone, makes a phone call and tells them "problem solved, a doctor will be here in a few days".
2) Then they say we have no drinking water, all our water sources have been polluted by the mining company. We have to import our water and it's very expensive. Again, she gets on her cell phone and tells the people "the EPA will be here in a few days. They're going to stop the pollution and clean up your water sources, Soon you'll have all the clean water you'll need"
3) She asks, "so what's your third problem"? They respond, "we have no cell phone service"
