Same situation as me.
I started middle of June with $500 - playing $100 to win on each game. By last week's end I was up $2,700...won 9 in a row, and 12 out of 13 at one point - consistantly winning. I also played 7 series bets in the past month and won them all. I didn't have one losing day...then Monday rolled around and everything went into the shitter. I still kept smart money management in mind by playing one unit on each game, with the exception of putting 3 units on fucking Florida in one of their Washington games. However, I also bet on a couple of big moneyline favorites and lost (ex: Tigers loss to Os). It added up pretty quick.
Two things I did wrong this week...too many games per day and playing ML on big favorites. I'm going to go back to 3-4 games max a day and be more careful on the big cheese. My objective is to get this account as high as possible, that way I have something to lose during football season

I was on the same florida game (had 1.5 g's on it) lost it and chased Texas HUGEEEEEEEEEE. Thats where i lost my money.
I agree 100% on what you said, too many games being played and def not being careful about what i was doing.
I think one of the biggest factors is that i personally gamble online. To me the money doesn't look as big online as it would look like had i seen it in person.
Matter of fact, if i were to have 100 bucks in my hands, i probably wouldn't lay more than 5-20 bucks on a bet, that being said, i'm laying 100's per game when i play online.
You lose notion of how much money you are bettting and the true value of it.
