After review hours of video, I think this guy was looking for some place to sleep. If this guy turns up, is there help out there for a guy like this?

Lol I think that guy has some kind of mental illness, that's just not normal at all, how couldn't he notice that there was a camera recording everything? and didn't steal anything more than booze? in fact it was the funniest thing I have seen in the news in many years...

He seems to be Caucasian so his respective embassy might help him find a good place, any news about this guy?

It's safe to say I won't be going to Goool on my next visit, as there is obviously very lax security if an old, drunken gringo is robbing the place blind.
