The only thing that remotely makes sense to me about your post is the part about SF coming off the bye. Singletary made a fool out of himself in week 1, you expect me to believe that he has the respect of the team after pulling his pants down at halftime? Shaun Hill sucks...if you could show me some situations like these, I'd love to see them...until then, I'm riding the AZ train to the window...:cripwalk:

The whole point of my post was that San Fran was getting no respect and would keep it close with a strong chance of winning it the whole game... Singletary might have gotten a lot of attention for his press conference, but what he did was win over the team and command respect and discipline from his players. Most people who follow the assistant coaches around the league have been waiting for Singletary to get a head coaching gig for a while now, and it was only a matter of time. Also, Shaun Hill gives this team a better chance to win any day of the week than JT O'Sullivan. Sure he made a few bad decisions down the stretch, and the playcalling at the end of the game cost them the win, but this is a young team with a first-time head coach. It isnt going to come together right away, but they certainly out-performed what the majority of America thought of them.
