Really great stuff, that I agree with completely.

Stupid people do not take personal responsibility. Stupid people are controlled by their emotions. They are ignorant of of what other people might think or feel. And no matter what, they always think they're right.

We can also flip this around. If someone is not taking personal responsibility, or cannot admit when they are wrong, we know they are a stupid person.

Described your President to a t.

I see

Lower taxes
Fewer regulations
Better trade deals
Tapping our own energy sources, making us energy independent

All of the above enabling economic growth and attracting hundreds of billions of dollars in investments bringing back manufacturing jobs THE DEMOCRATS TOLD US WERE NEVER COMING BACK

Real increases in income for the average American for the first time in decades

I see an historic peace treaty in the Middle East, which is just the beginning

I see dead terrorists, without consequences

I see a contained Iranian regime, not rewarded with billions of dollars in cash to help them finance the terrorists Trump killed

I see the defeat of ISIS

I see the first legitimate attempt to reel in China

I see the first legitimate attempt to reel in N Korea. So significant are his actions in the region, the S Korean President said Trump should win the Nobel Peace Prize (5 liberals from Norway will never do that)

I see 1,000,000 Syrian refugees given their homes back, when the democratic solution to the Syrian refugee crisis Obama created was to bring 10,000 refugees here.

I see lines in the sand being defended, and Russia back down in Syria

I don't see a Benghazi

what they see

Very simple. If all or most of this was true, an incumbent president would have 0 worries of getting re-elected. In reality the incumbent is almost at this point hopelessly behind and is looking towards a hiccup from his opponent to simply stand a chance.

errr, what's not true?

The simple minded bigots don't like the way he talks and the way he combs his hair.

You got anything else?

Fine line between stupid and crazy.
The end result or perception of reality can determine which one applies.
If you fail with a decision or risky move, that can be seen as stupid.
But if you succeed with the same decision or risky move, then that can be seen as crazy or lucky.

With this virus thing, there were many people from the beginning that used limited knowledge of it at the time, along with experience, common sense, rational thinking and opposed the fear mongering and perception the media was pushing.

Now after about 6 months, there are more people changing their minds or perception of this virus and thinking its political, overblown, or agenda driven.

More so than people who all of a sudden switched their minds and are now fearful of this virus. (These are most likely people that have known someone that died from the virus, although I know people that are still ok with no masks and not distancing even though they know people that have died from it)

I never seen you angry, I thought anyhow, I always saw a dry wit (much like my own)

And we all get to the point of not caring what some people think, that's just life's progression. It's living every day without regard for others that's more of a problem
I don't get angry I get even. Haven't had a reason to even for decades. I'm a big believer in
personal responsibility. I'm all for giving a hand up but you'll never see me give a hand out.

You and I are a lot alike in many ways. I think that's why we get along so well.
