Yes I think this is becoming way too dramatic.

My opinion is if someone in the boardroom found it offensive, then I suppose it should be taken out. Since im sure general doesnt have your email or IM, it's probably hard to get ahold of you and he would have to make a post asking for permission and keep bumping it till you see it. I don't think it was all that big of a deal it's just an avatar.

I thinks there need to be less catagories for the posting forums and they must be clearly define. You know one for serioius things one for fool around with jokes, one other one for each of the major sports like now but break up the catagories different.
