Is that better Princess Shdw and Princess Hotpizza?

I had seen other people not round off in past auctions......I should have known it would only be an issue when I did it......

you also bid $0.54 higher....it is common knowledge that minimum increase in auction format here is $1. you start increasing by pennies you start a fucked up precedent that will really hurt the record-keeers
I straightened it out for the record keeers.

I don't know how to bold. And when I cut & paste, there's no line breaks. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

  • After winning the bid you have 24 hours to submit payment. Otherwise it will default to the previous high bidder.

This is the only rule I have a problem with, and here's why.

2 people could collude to give someone a great price on a team.

Stylez currently has Wisconsin for $10. He could get a buddy to come in here and bid $800 on Wisconsin, discouraging any further bids on it. That person could then not pay and bingo Stylez has Wisconsin for $10.

Any suggestions on how to get around this? I don't think we have shady enough characters to try to pull this off...

But even if it's not on purpose. Even if the bid on Wiscy is $100 and someone comes in with $130 and doesn't pay, it's not really fair to give it to the guy at $100 when someone surely would have bid 110. See what I'm saying?

if no pay in 24 hours someone else can claim for the same price....first come first serve. No one can complain, whoever gets it is still paying the same amount and still is someone else

You'd almost have to put the team back up for auction in that case.

I think the solution is cut 24 hour pay to immediate(you know like 2-4 hours)
We all know the deadline and should go into this with an active mindset and ready to pay
as this were a live auction.

Nonpay means either first person to send pp with the win price gets team or we can do a short term auction
for that team later that night with immediate payment due.

Can we make the deadline for payment early enough to go back to bidding for a limited time? Set the low bid at the previous high bidder for said team.

Agreed, but not enough time as it's set up. If we moved up last bid and deadline a bit we could probably do an impromptu 1 hour auction on the team.

I think that's what we should do.
