Sorry if dumb question but is it end digit like 14 would be "4" or adding both numbers together so 14 would be 1+4 so "5?" Thx.

Especially the fact that he does all of this on His Own Time, as this has Nothing to do with his RX duties or Job
He also has pretty much "under the weather", and had some bumps in the road.

As some know I am currently on Vacation and will be on a Cruise.
I am going to try my best to get as many payouts as I can while i still have normal internet.
Plus as usually I don't like to keep All the money in that PP account, so i will have to transfer to PP at some point, but I will Not do that while
on a cruise ship. So some will need to wait until i get back next week.
But like I said, I will get out as much as PP will allow me.

Just waiting on C.P to confirm he received his Money orders and I will un-stick this thread
a combo of me being on vacation and not keeping all the "Eggs" in one basket put a delay on some payouts
But it all went well after that.
Might look into different ways or limits again next year ... which we did the years before, especially with the Football contests
