If this happens with 10, we need to discuss payouts.

In my opinion we should now use all funds to pay only 1st, 2nd, and possibly 3rd place overall.

The whole purpose of a high dollar league is to get rewarded for a long, grueling season.

1st: $3,000
2nd: $2,000

or

1st: $2500
2nd: $1500
3rd: $1,000

We need to figure out draft time - obviously most people do not want to auto draft a 500 league.

Payouts - my only issue (and i hope we get 12 b/c of this) is that i like the regular season winner getting something (even just money back)
i feel terrible when someone goes 11-2 to win the league, and then shits the bed (or plays a team that goes off) in the first round of playoffs - and gets nothing
