My team absolutely sucks. I knew when I drafted Gerhart it was a mistake but I did it anyway.
Everytime I have ever drafted someone I don't like but I draft anyway because you are supposed to it always comes back to bite me.

I had Ingram on the bench for the 2nd week in a row while Gerhart was averaging his usual 1.0ypg

Starting qb goes down.
Grogs defense scores 26.
Barely lose

this is why most leagues are going away from kicker and defense
defense pick should never decide a game

Maybe next year we can vote on removing defense and adding a 3rd starting receiver in addition to the flex player.

totally agree.

a lot of leagues stay with the standard b/c it is "what they have always done"

A lot of leagues starting these days are either:
1) No Def, No K - and 3 WR, 2 RB, TE, Flex
2) or the new hot trend is the super flex - which is kind of a 2 QB league - 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 Offensive Player, 1 Flex - so you can start QB at the Offensive Player position

Makes it s you are rooting for offense - not kickers and defense

If you took that #2 option you would basically be forced to play 2 QBs every week.
Even Geno Smith will probably score more points then tier 1 RB.

I would not be against it though just throwing that out there.

Im not sure I would be in favor of getting rid of kickers.

I like the traditional format, including a K and a D

with one flex player, I think we have the perfect format

and no matter what format you choose, funky stuff is going to happen. There is no utopia, and the bullshit will even out over time, although it might take a few seasons :)

bump, because it's been a tad bit too quite

anybody looking for anything special? I think I have depth at both the RB & WR positions, but I don't have that fantasy "go to" guy at either position

if someone has a stud in exchange for a couple of guys, let me know

as for Peyton, y'all would have to pay too much to pry him from me. I'm hoping to ride him

Graham would have been the only improvement IMHO, and I already have Gronk & Donnell @ TE so I'm not looking for a TE
I actually like Benjamin over Fitzgerald, and I obviously like Peyton over Foles, but Foles may just emerge as a go to stud this year

everybody PM me what you'd offer for Graham or Gronk or Donnell, if I can trade one or two of them and acquire a stud(s) at RB or WR, I'll get back to you

even leaving Graham off the table, I have Gronk and Donnell. I'll move one for a stud RB or WR, I can throw a very good RB or WR back at you in the mix
