If we don't end up reaching a consensus, we will do same payout as last year - that was the initial plan (no major rule changes) - we didn't add a WR, add a bench spot, etc... - all of these could have been up for debate, but we decided for simplicity sake, to stay same as last year.

Depends on everyone's drafting-speed.
