I think what we should do is have a 2 week period for the members of last year to send in the 500 then after the 2 weeks is up let it be first come first serve for the new people

I'm fine being 1/2 treasurer again, and I second Hache for the other 1/2

if it ain't broke, everyone knows it worked last year and that should make everybody comfortable

having said that, I'm off to Italy 8/5 through 8/22. I think we should address finances before then, especially if we may need to search for a new player

if we have a need, the existing members can have a conversation as to who to invite first. Either that or we just accept who pays first.

Not saying I don't trust the other members but why would you want to give the awesome responsibility of holding 3k to someone not proven when Willie and hache have both proved they are good for it.

we really need to lock down a draft date ASAP.
There are certain dates upcoming that are 100% out for me.
So I need to know dates.

2 weeks for last years members to pay.
After that 1st come first serve.

I say last years member have until July 25th to pay entry without any threat of losing your spot to a new member.
After July 25th previous members will still have a chance to get it but it will be first come first serve after July 25th.

I count at least 20 people interested in joining so I does not look like we will have any difficulty filling this up.
