As far as Kickers and Defense, I say we keep it the same. The league always drags it feet when it comes to suggestions then making it happen IMO. So, this close to draft no need to change now. Moving forward I believe we make these changes in mid-season for the following season as 75% of us are returning to play each year. Say setting new rules and changes and put a vote deadline date of Thanksgiving week. Majority would put the change in place or leave it the same. Any new members for following years would have to go by what the previous members voted on. Seems like when someone leaves, we have zero issues filling the slot or slots for the upcoming season. Just a thought.....
I have every year thought that with the waiver dollars, we make those dollars real. Make transaction dollars real, we all pony up 500$ for the league each and the additional 100$ last man standing, so why not add few extra dollars to the pot with making all transaction real dollars. Think this would curb speculation on using 25% of waiver dollars on a one week or two week wonder. What say you?

I hate kickers and defense. But a few guys are strongly in favor. So usually not worth arguing. Just another nuance to deal with.
I likely won’t ever approve dollars thing - mainly bc it is more work for me to coordinate collecting and distributing more after the fact. And it’s enough of a pain as it is

As I mentioned we drag our feet and bring nothing to a true vote. Why not do rule changes for the following year before Thanksgiving......for us whom might have suggestions, ie you with K and D, me with real dollars for waivers, Willie getting ride of the current waiver claiming system, amongst other ideas can be thrown into a league wide vote. Have suggestions put up here by the first week of regular season or first week of October and vote on those topics by Thanksgiving week. This gives plenty of time for those to look it over. You bringing up K/D for four years and no voting, dude against real money waivers as well as other suggestions go silent. Like one suggestion would be, anything that is voted upon, does is need a simple majority vote or do we need 8/12 to approve any measure or change?
Dude, This is understandable of coordinating, collecting and distributing. SMH on promptness of paying for dues and such for a pretty hefty entry fee. Understand all of us are busy, but if we are dragging on entry payments to get things rolling, then why sign up year to year. It's not like we don't know when the season starts. And here again something we can vote and put in place. Fully paid by xyz days before the draft/opening weekend or move on to another person to join.

PS: I don't want real dollars either for waivers, just more work. I just want a waiver order. Team with 12th draft pick is first for the first week, and when he uses his "waiver" pick, he drops to the back. Any add / drops made after a waivers run does not impact your waiver position
I'm not suggesting you change now, can't change anything at this point without unanimous consent, but I really dislike the waiver bid process. Waivers has become about who wants to overpay the most. That "intelligence budgeting thing"? Firgetaboutit, none of that going on
