You're the only guy with a worst defense than me, giving up 8 more points
. Although Brady killed my offense this year, my season ended less than 24 hours after I traded for Antonio Brown. Killed my QB and flex positions.
So many things impact fantasy football, many outside of your control. In another league we were in first place with a 9-2 record and we're high scorers by 308 points. We're playing the second place team who's 7-4 last week. We won, but CBS does this analysis that determines we would be 10-1 if we played his schedule, no big change, but he would be like 3-8 if he played ours. So the second place team in our league would be in 12th place if he played our schedule.
That's saying something about how important your SOS is. They're not all equal[/QUOTE
In my 2 home leagues we use victory points. Each week if you win your game you get 3 victory points.....if you finish in top 3 in points you get 6 more victory points......if you finish in 4-6 you get 3 victory points. So if you win your game and finish in top 3 you get 9 victory points. If you win your game but finish out of the top 6 you only get 3 VPs. And you can lose a game but finish in top 3 and get 6 points. I think it's a pretty good system to get rid of the SOS but personally think we should get 6 points for winning the head to head that weekend.
