I disagree. If you have a cost per transaction, it makes one think regardless of where they are to pick up that particular player or not. I mean really we have as many as 60 transactions taking place on teams, specualting every single week on a player that may or may not be worth anything down the road. Maybe start with 10 free transactions then start with a fee from 11 to 19 then increasing it even more every ten transactions. It is just a thought and really puts a twist on the process on how to manage a team.
