Christ , I just passed on a theory to the forum. It really doesn't matter who the source was.. What difference does it make ? Let me float this theory..The Fed has been buying corporate debt for the first time ever.
If Trump losses the election it would be pretty simple to sell that debt back in to the market and basically crush the economy.
I see Trump as a turn a burn type guy..That debt is a weapon to unleash at anytime and what better way to blame a Dems for the eventual turn in the market.
This isn't far fetched and if you knew it was coming and positioned well would be a boon to those in the know.

I'd add buying debt all along the curve..why not crash this?..In the long run I'd argue the bailouts have just kept sick companies floating while they could and should go down and reorganize(or even offer stock on the open market to raise capital) given the amount of capital in the markets and beyond..You can crash this market with a phone call.
