PC angle failed by the hook
If I say Michael Jordan goes up against Steve Nash, then you know damn well that Jordan is going to school Nash one on one.
If I say the FSU coach never had a chance vs. the great basketball mind of the Michigan coach, this PC world would go nuts. Yet you all know it's true. Further, you admit that Jordan over Nash is a joke of a matchup.... yet you have no problem instantly agreeing with it.
In any event, this was a foregone conclusion, IMO. And, honestly, I felt that FSU was clearly the better team. But the coaching was horrendous. That stretch at the end of the game was comical.
Anyways, remember this: Marvin Lewis is 0-7 in the playoffs. That's not just bad luck.
And let me go one step further: Last seconds of the game, you put Craig Ehlo on Michael Jordan.... shit, you might as well just walk out of the gymnasium right now. I can't remember who the coach was at the time, but if that was the decision coming out of the huddle -- GAME OVER.
