Man, Rod does generate a lot of sentiment one way or another. We should just let the guy cap and let his record speak for itself. And no I'm not a Rod follower, I was one of the first to question his math skills when he and recordkeeper were smashing heads. And I don't consider him a gifted handicapper, he doesn't seem to do much of a statiscal or technical analysis and when someone asks him why he likes a game you just say "huh" when you read his response. But he is one of the better "feel" capper. He seems to get a touch going and puts together some good hot streaks. He's been up and down all season and whether or not he wins will likely boil down to the last few days and how the big chalk goes down.
I know he had a losing against the spread percentage in college hoops, but came out ahead with a 100 unit play on the final game, but he still came out ahead. Plus he put together a torrid first 8 weeks of football in 2001. He's on the plus side lifetime with Rx picks, so to attack him is ridiculous as long as he's not cooking the numbers to pad his record.
On Bookiebuster, he's one of a handful of handicapper/touts who post here and is an absolute straightshooter. Anyone accusing him of putting out opposite sides of plays or lying about his record doesn't know what the **** they're talking about.
Lockline, you ought to let your solid record speak for itself and not worry about mixing it up with Rod.
