How about your former customers that you owe money to? Surely they are not considered negative for telling the truth and wanting their money back, which you promised, because you failed to deliver. Are you a man of your word? Do you plan to honor your debt?

I was one of your customers and I was/am still not 100% satisfied. The facts are you made a guarantee and didn't come through. I saved the emails I got from you and documented your picks. And the fact is, despite chasing like crazy as the NFL payoffs progressed, you did not make me money, which you promised you would do or refund my subscription ($500). You can make unilateral dismissals all you want, but that doesn't change the fact that you are not a man of your word.
