No Tax,I for one have made a lot of money off of Rod's picks.Played SF and under tonite for a nickle each.nobody made me bet those plays.I liked them before and saw Rods plays and pulled the trigger...if they lose it's my dime...but I don't blame rod,hell it's just an opinion,you no there ain't no locks..I ain't paying today for his picks but I've paid for a hell of a lot worse.Every body has streaks...good capping,money management and luck = $$$$
