I know this wasn't directed at me but if I may...

I know how they work. The Senate and House spend
exorbitant amounts of time and manpower telling
their constituents that they will get to the bottom
of something and hold the perpetrators responsible.

Funny thing is months turn into years and there are
never any results. They have figured out that the
average voter has a limited attention span so they
just wait for the next new allegation to surface and
start all over again.

Their entire existence revolves around wash, rinse, repeat
and of course their real and only goal which is to get reelected.

you left out the one being conducted by the FBI...but for the most part I agree on politicians, I cannot stand the vast majority of them. I believe there are a few good men and women that do have the best interest of our country at heart though.//

I know you hate Trump. Almost as much as I hated Obama.

The thing is I got over it when I saw that Obama wasn't
capable of doing any real lasting harm to the country
although he did give it his best shot.

Will you ever get over Trump no matter what he does?

not sure I would say I hate the man...I think he's a POS, def not a fan

I might actually believe his "I'm so neutral" act if it weren't for one thing....He actively seeks out every negative thing he can find on a daily basis and appears obsessed with hatred of Trump. In addition (and you guys would know this more than I would as I haven't frequented this forum much lately), did he ever start a thread saying how disgusted he was by any act by Democrats (perhaps the hacked emails?).

Where did u say I was neutral. I consider myself pretty liberal on most issues. Do I have to attack every dem that appears corrupt? I think the vast majority that post in this forum have that covered.

they all call themselves moderates or independents or neutral, as they do the very thing you're talking about

even in the media, conservatives say "I'm conservative", liberals like Todd & Holt & Rather say "I'm objective", as they don't even try to hide their bias that anyone with a brain wave must notice

The evidence that Russia hacked the election is "the intelligence community says so"

“I have no problem blaming Russia for what they do, which is a lot,” said Jeffrey Carr of the international cybersecurity company Taia Global Inc. “I just don’t want to blame them for things we don’t know that they did. It may turn out that they’re guilty, but we are very short on evidence here.”

As Carr notes, the FBI never examined the servers that were hacked at the Democratic National Committee. Instead, the DNC used the private computer security company CrowdStrike to detect and repair the penetrations.

All the forensic work on those servers was done by CrowdStrike, and everyone else is relying on information they provided,” said Carr. “And CrowdStrike was the one to declare this the work of the Russians.”

The CrowdStrike argument relies heavily on the fact that remnants of a piece of malware known as AGENT-X were found in the DNC computers. AGENT-X collects and transmits hacked files to rogue computers.

“AGENT-X has been around for ages and ages, and its use has always been attributed to the Russian government, a theory that’s known in the industry as ‘exclusive use,’” Carr said. “The problem with exclusive use is that it’s completely false. Unlike a bomb or an artillery shell, malware doesn’t detonate on impact and destroy itself.

Imagine if Trump's wiretapping claims were supported by a security firm paid by the Trump campaign to create a report which was then partially retracted.

I can pretty much write the posts by the left wingers at that point...

How about Comey testifying that the "reason" Putin "interfered" in the election is because Putin Hates Hillary Clinton. How does he know that? How can he get away with saying something so speculative without being challenged?

That's where you are wrong Dave, Obama did profound damage to this country that will last for generations.
Zit, a year or two from now Obama's damage will be nothing more
than a stain on a blue dress. Oops! wrong president.

There is nothing Obama did that can't be fixed if Congress would
just get their collective heads out their collective asses.

I'm pissed that the Republicans played us. First they had to have
control of the House, check. Then they had to have control of the
Senate, check. Then they had to have the Presidency, check.

No more fucking excuses from those cocksucker. They got everything
they claimed they needed, time to put up or shut up.

I thought they would get their shit together but so far I've been
dead wrong and I'm not optimistic they will prove me right anytime
soon or ever for that matter.

If the FBI does as good a job as they did with Clinton then
there will be all talk and no walk. They are very good at law
enforcement when it comes to the average citizen but not so good
when it comes to high profile officials.

It has never been made clear to me why, exactly, Putin would "hate" Hillary.

It isn't as if she was some big obstacle to his plans to take over Crimea or engage in a proxy war in Syria.

That whole meme is silly.

Yeah, it is hilarious how he can sit there and claim he has no illusions of people on both sides of the aisle being corrupt, but spends every waking hours making negative posts about Trump. If he truly believed all politicians were corrupt, and expected any of us to believe he was somehow "objective" and credible, there would be posts regarding both sides of the aisle. This is why it's not worth it to waste time with people like this. Every day it's "Trump left the toilet seat up again". Hard to take anyone serious when it's clear that no matter what Trump does, it's bad. Yeah, I get it. Democrat good, Republican bad. No need to spend any more time on an intellectually rigid and close minded person like this.

I kept saying let the libtards keep digging as they
keep shooting themselves in the foot and it will
eventually expose that Traitorus bastard Obama and
his slimeball staff

Obama National Security Advisor Susan Rice
Requested the Unmasking of Incoming Trump Officials

As she was officially White House staff, it makes
no difference. She was not in the State Department
or CIA. She was at the White House. This is better
than a birthday present.
Susan Rice never would've unmasked any of those
reports without having spoken with Barry first.

With all due respect, so what? There will be no repercussions.

Susan Rice is high enough up the food chain to make her untouchable.
All of the connected people in D.C. play by a different set of rules.

The only possibility for prosecution would be if Trump got a wild hair
in his ass and decided to go after the former administration which I
doubt will happen because he has an agenda of his own to get implemented.

Besides, I don't think Trump is as big of a prick as I'd like him to be.
The best we can hope for is an "I told you so!"
